    Not quite goodbye yet but I'm prepared for the worst!!
    Anyone ever hear of that thing called the Marketing Development
    Program?? It's one of those rotational programs used to develop
    marketing professionals to improve Digitals chances of success in
    the future.  Well Ed Lucente cancelled it, and I'm in it.
    Currently seeking employment.  As bad as the company has treated me,
    I think I'd like to stay.  Looking for Product Marketing positions
    in high energy, way cool engineering groups! Any takers??  Hopefully
    this is not the Last Waltz but if it is, I wish you all luck, and
    I'll continue to wear my DEChead T-shirt with pride.  It was really
    important to me to work for a company whose culture allowed for the
    the interaction we've shared over the net.  I'd like to think that even
    if I leave, my new company will have an internet node and we may meet
    again cyber surfing on a Friday afternoon.

Yeah, Digital is known to suck at marketing. Makes sense to can a program like this. Especially a program that could help Digital in it's marketing area. ??????? Strange company. I've worked with people from that program (forgot the names). They were good, conscientios (sp?) people. Good luck! I've heard Digital has "want ads" in newspapers looking for new marketing people. dave

	GRATE!! Jeff. I worked in storage (manufac) in CXO once upon a time. I had several friends lose or change their jobs when storage eng. was moved back east...glad to hear there is a positive side too. good luck! rfb
