I believe that STEs are beginning to ship. They were held up until a
    ROM bug was fixed.

Stacy's are still in limited quantities because they still are waiting
    for FCC class A approval.

If you were at the BB on Saturday, you were able to try out the
hardware, but the STE and Stacy were not for sale. Bob also brought a
    Lynx.

The next generation Atari Computer (FALCON) will be officially presented by
Atari Executives at the Boston Computer Society Main meeting on September 23.
While the FALCON has already been released in Europe, this was billed by
Atari as the initial US presentation of the computer.

As of this posting, I am unsure as to who at Atari will be attending the
presentation other than "top Atari executives". I will post additional
data when it becomes available.

Subj:	After 8 years of trying, we finally have an Atari at the BCS.

Hi Jeff,
Please forward this to anyone who may be interested.

Last Monday, September 13, 1993 marks a milestone in the relationship
between the BCS and Atari. After 8 years of broken promises by the
Tramiels, a brand new Falcon 030 was received at the BCS Resource
Center in Cambridge. The original ST was promised to the BCS by Jack
Tramiel at a press conference in Framingham that the BCS Jackintosh
group sponsored.

Well, Better late than never.

Regards,
Jerry Feldman
