    LDP::SYS$UNSUPPORTED:FTIME.ARC containts FTIME.TTP, a utility that
    I wrote to allow one to change the date on a file.  When I download
    a file, I wanted to be able to reset the date to be the original
    date of the file.
    
    The archive contains two files: FTIME.TTP and FTIME.DOC.
