    re .3
    Could you set protection world read?

349.5ECC::JAERVINENimpersonal nameThu Feb 26 1987 13:303
    The directory seems to be W:E - use the full filename and you'll
    get the stuff - you just can't use wild cards.

349.7SOUNDS.ARC is WORLD:READMLOKAI::SANFORDFri Feb 27 1987 01:209
    You have to copy using the filename, I only allow W:E on the directory
    which means you must know the filename to access, the files are
    W:R.  For example:

    	$ COPY MLOKAI::DISK$USERS:[SANFORD.AMIGA]SOUNDS.ARC []

    Wildcards will not work. This is done for corporate security.

349.9Looking for MAKEBOTH executableBACH::TENNYDave TennyWed Mar 11 1987 12:165
Would someone please post an arc'ed executable for
MAKEBOTH (or KickBench?, whatever it's called)?

Thanks,

349.10Missile Command?SOFTY::HEFFELFINGERBored on BoardThu Mar 12 1987 23:069
    I'm in the mood for mindless arcade fun, but Cosmoroids doesn't cut it
    for me. I seem to recall someone somewhere referring to a missile
    command clone. Does anyone have it? Is it worth the effort? Could
    anyone be pursuaded to post it on the E-net? If not, could someone tell me
    which FF disk it lives on?

    Not living by RKM's alone,
    Gary
349.11TRICLOPS INVASIONBIZET::TENNYDave TennyThu Mar 12 1987 23:166
How about "TRICLOPS INVASION". I think this was the name
of a public domain version of a game marketed on the west
coast to promote sales of the better version.
Anyone out there with the time to post a version?

	Dave
349.12Missle commandELWOOD::PETERSFri Mar 13 1987 13:029

    	Missle command is on one of the newest FF disks ( 50 + ). I
    will look for missle command and post it this weekend.

    P.S. The sound effects are great. Make sure you load them at the
         start.

	SOUNDS.ARC	- Perfect sound editor complete with sounds
			  (497 blocks)

    Wow! Insanity looks like it will be a great game when it is finished.
    Is this going to be PD, shareware or a marketed product. From
    their request for programmers it sounds like PD/shareware. Can't
    wait till the final version is available!

    regards

    steve mcafee
349.15INSANITY marketed productMLOKAI::SANFORDFri May 01 1987 01:485
    I hear that it will be a marketed product. I think this release
    is just to wet your appetite just like the pre-release of SHANGHAI.
