3977.0. "Dr. T's Music Software" by ACOSTA::MIANO (John - NY Retail Banking Resource Cntr) Tue Jul 31 1990 14:24

Does anyone have a phone number for Dr. T's other than their support
number (617.244.1542)? I ordered their DTP upgrade for Copyist and the
disk copy protection is screwed up so the program will not run. I have called
them every business day for a month and their phone is always busy.

Everything I have bought from Dr. T's has had the copy protection screwed up
so I've had to get another disk.

I had trouble with Dr. T's Copyist Professional after I moved to the A3000.
I called the newest Tech support line (617) 455-1458 for help. It turned out
that I have version 1.61 where the latest version is 1.66. They directed me to
(617) 455-1454 (customer support) so that I could order the latest upgrade. The
upgrade turned out to be an upgrade to the DTP version ($40). I plan to order
it since I am fairly happy with Dr. T's so far.

I don't know the cost to upgrade from the Apprentice version.
