    I was listening to the radio the other day to "On Computers" which is a
    nationally broadcast PC talk show.  Sowmeone called in to say that they
    had bought a new Digital PC based on the host's (Gina) recomendation
    that Digital had very good support and service.  The caller claimed
    that he had had nothing but troubles with Digital Support.  His last
    problem was that his modem went off hook as soon as he turned on his
    PC.  This doesn't sound like a particulary difficult problem to me but
    the caller claimed that Digital didn't know what to think.
    
    The host responed that if Digital couldn't help, the caller should call
    Dell.  Great!
    
    One of the big PC magazines (don't remember which one) in their July
    issue downgraded Digital Support from the A they got the last few years
    to a B this year.  Great again!
    
    Is there any truth to the rumor that Digital is about to hire Dr
    Kevorkian to fill Enrio's vacancy?

    I heard that there will be no further TFSO's!  Dr. Kevorkian will come
    and escort you to that special room, and assist you to your
    termination.
    
    The insurance company pays off, and digital does not have to pay the

Thats a good one since Digital now provides the onsite service for Dell

    chances are that DELL is paying more to MCS than the PCBU folks... for
    upfront warranty service ;-)
