I got to it by typing VTX SOFTBASE. I assume that means it has
a tie in from the Corporate Page in VTX. I suggest that you get
into VTX and, if the keyword doesn't work, try and get to it through
the distributed infobase menu. If that fails either contact the
Corporate VideoTex Program (WELKIN::STRONACH) or look into the
    SOFTbase Notes Conference at SOFCON::SOFTBASE$NOTES.

Noting that you are in HZO (Hudson, NH), you can also have your system
manager start with your local facility services people...the ones that
support access to electronic mail...to see if they support a facility
VTX menu service that carries the Corporate VTX Library. If this
fails, you can try Don Neault or Allen Shepard in MKO who are
responsible for VTX in New Hampshire. As Alfred mentioned, Marian
Stronach (WELKIN::STRONACH) in the Corporate Videotex Program can
also help...but I would start in the above order. Hope this helps.

But, before you start contacting people, try the command Alfred
        suggested:

        		VTX SOFTBASE

If VTX is correctly set up on your node, you should be able to get
to any of the infobases registered through the corporate videotex
program by entering the infobase keyword (as in the example above)
as a parameter to the VTX command.

    	Thanks for all your reply.

Yes, VTX SOFTBASE works like champ. Our system does have
corporate menu set up. First, I thought SOFTBASE is just local
    	VTX database.

What a versatile way to retrive critical infromation from VTX
    	!!!!
