4702.4 | Possible an older version of DECW$XLIBSHR is present. | TEMTY::L_GROSSMAN | | Wed Mar 17 1993 17:42 | 10 |

EMS 2.3 should work fine with the version of CMA that is on the system.
It is not supported because we are trying to run with the special CMA
kit or 6.0. You might have some version other than Motif V1.1 of
sys$library:decw$xlibshr which the installation is complaining about.
If so, I would recommend that you pull it off of the Motif V1.1 kit.
For safety sake make sure there are no patched in the decw$xlibshr
from some other kits.

4702.5 | CMA & MOTIF OK Now, but IVP has an error | SUBWAY::YANNIOS | | Thu Mar 18 1993 14:09 | 19 |
| Re: .-1
The workstation was running V1.0 of Motif not V1.1. I upgraded
Motif and the XLIB problems went away.
Also, I pulled off the CMA*.EXE files off of the MCCEMS023.J saveset
and restored them to SYS$LIBRARY. I defined them all with the
"_MCC013" suffix and defined the set of CMA logicals as described in
[Note (.-2)]
I am still getting an error during the IVP on the ICONICPM test.
All other tests pass successfully. Could this be the result of
installing under an older version of motif?
Thanks
Nick
