This means that you AM did not start for some reason (enroll/init/...? failed)
A way to have more information is start the AM process by hand (or better, via
dbx) :
$MCC_MMEXE_LOCATION N Y
or
dbx $MCC_MMEXE_LOCATION
then run.
With the information you give, there is no way to guess what is the problem.

Thanks for the tip, I have to experiment to see how
this works submitting from batch.
On the last run, more information was returned. I've seen the can't
find MM file, but usually it is not accompanied by the other errors.
I know the can't find MM file is an obvious, fixable problem
Bu do the other errors also indicate something more seriously
wrong? I have seen the %MCC-F-EVT_POOL_CORRUPTED once before
(without the can't find MM file) but didn't understand what
it meant.
