I just re-installed BMS V1.1 and then added the ELM010 and the
SNMP011 update to it.
When I brought up the Iconic Map and then the toolbox, I see two
"CONCENTRATOR" Icons.

I found it.
My MCC_ICONS logical is a search list.
It seems that the first time I installed the ELM kit, the supplied
icons ended up in one of the directories pointed to by the search
list and the second time they ended up in the other one. Somehow
the duplicates didn't get cleaned up even though I asked it to
purge old files in the install.
However, it was surprising to me that the existance of a second Icon
would manifest itself as a copy of the global entity class.
I would have thought that the dictionary would be searched for global
classes and then an appropriate icon looked for. Or maybe it's a bug.
ANyway, mystery seems to be solved.
