    The Software Technology Education Program (STEP) is an intensive,
    full-time training program designed to transition talented
    employees with current specialization in a non-software related
    field into base-level software development positions.  
    
    I am a hardware engineer in Andover, Mass. and I would like
    to become a software engineer. I have a B.S. in Math from
    UNH and would like do work in software engineering.
