Wellfleet. Involved in the networking gear business. Many trade rags have branded this company as a rising star. Yesturday, they reported profits up 135% (I reckon). Stock was up 6 1/4 yesturday to close ~53 Good buy? Opinions?

I heard an analyst's report somewhere in the last day or so saying
that they expected it to climb to 63 in the short term... this is
strictly hearsay, however...

If you do buy Wellfleet, make sure you don't eat anything else to
upset your stomach. WLFT will do a good enough job by itself ! This
stock can oscillate over 10 points within a week. It has a very high
P/E ratio and it has been rising steadily ever since I saw it first at
about 35 (went to 78, split 2 for 1 and is now at 51.5).
My opinion is to buy it the next time it goes down to the 45-47 range.
It seems to follow Cisco very closely.

Yeh, I wish I bought Wellfleet like the rest of you who didn't. I read
the latest Cabot newsletter (October edition). Wellfleet "may" have
some more life in it, it says, but according to this newsletters
momentum program,it says Wellfleet has just about reached its peak for
a while. They recommend to "SELL NOW", and take that nice profit.
