opinions regarding the quality and timeliness of its info as well as
its performance.

| I am not familiar with the "Vanguard Advisor", but I do subscribe to
"Vantage Point" (An Independent Report for Vanguard Investors).
Vantage Point is an eight page monthly news letter published by NAMFI
(National Assoication of Mutual Fund Investors). Their address is...
NAMFI
Suite 195
2927 West Liberty Avenue
Pittsburg, PA 15216
The annual membership fee is listed at $129, though I believe that I
paid about $80.
My last issue of "Vantage Point" covered the following topics.
1. Commentary (General review of bond and stock markets, funds and
sectors that are winning and losing, and other short news items.)
2. Fund Classification Revisited (Categorizing the Vanguard Funds)
3. Fund Highlight: Gold & Precious Metals (Details of the GPM Fund)
4. Income Scoreboard (Percent changes and rankings of bond and money
market funds).
5. Equity Scoreboard (Percent changes and rankings of stock, balanced,
and annuity funds over various recent time periods.)
6. Strategic Portfolios (Hypothetical allocations with thre different
objectives and strategies: "Market Tactician", "Agressive-Defensive",
and "International".)
7. Conservative Portfolios (Hypothetical allocations with two different
objectives and strategies: "Conservative" and "Income".)
8. Update on Vanguard's New Funds
I have been subscribing to "Vantage Point" for about 9 months and I
have been satisfied with its content. I have just recently changed my
Vanguard IRA fund allocations based on this newletter, so its too soon
to tell if it has helped. I'll probably renew my subscription.
