Banyan of Westboro MA is about to have an IPO. Does anybody have
information about the company. All that I have heard is the initial
offering price will be between $10-$12.

Banyan Systems - Going public. To sell 2.67 million shares at $10 to $12 each

Banyan will sell 1.4 million shares itself, while existing shareholders
would offer the remaining 1.27 million shares. The Westborough, Mass.,
computer networking company said in its prospectus that selling shareholders
would include founder and chairman David C. Mahoney and some of its longtime
investors. Among the existing shareholders not selling stock are Greylock
Ventures Ltd. Partnership, Banyan's largest stockholders, and Sutter Hill
Ventures of Palo Alto, Calif. After the offering, Banyan would have 15.2
million shares outstanding, with 9% held by the public.
