Can anyone tell me what this error is trying to tell me. It is failing
    continuosly and the cusotmer is restarting it with a command procedure.

    Theres not enough information in the note to tell me whats going on. What
command  procedure is he running to create this error? Check to see who's on the
mail list via a show mail command.   Can you put me in contact with this system.
I can come down to your area ans see whats up, if you like.

    I had John take a look on the system with me. This is GTE Mobil Comm,
    I guess they are already in the pipe for V2.4. Customer wants to know
    if 'this' issue is fixed in that next release. We gathered some more
    information today;
    
    We set debug and tried several DIA commands, bit to text worked but
    DIA/ANA as well as DIA Show Mail failed. Below it the output, I am
    uploading the errlog and .knl files to the CSC.
