I was pleasantly surprised today at lunchtime, when I heard Sugar
Magnolia...it was on WXRV (92.5FM), which claims to be out of
"Haverhill/Boston"...the two cities were miles apart the last I
checked...but the signal does carry pretty far.

I was heading in to MIT to talk to the Boston area DECUS folks on
Tuesday afternoon when they announced that Los Lobos would be doing
a live session at 2:00PM...damn, right in the middle of my talk.
I got out about 4 o'clock, and heard "OK, the technical problems
with the instruments have been fixed, so here they are..." Wahoo!

"The River" they call it. I _highly_ recommend this station!
They have great song selection.. kinda like if I were a dj... :-)

    Check it out!
