| theres a interlock switch on left side of ocp panel
this switch is made by a tab on the left side cabinet door when its
closed. may want to check this area and its cabling back to the
SIO module for problems.
just some ideas
could use known good power supply, ocp panel and its cables, and SIO

| On some older machines that were demos, the switch inside the OCP was
actually impressed upon by the screw that was used to hold the side
panel shut, rather than the later design of a metal tab.
In any event, the interlock clearance from on to off is extremely
small, less than 1/32 of an inch in most cases. As you screw the door
shut, and if you listen real carefully you will hear the micro-switch
click.
If the screw is loose, ie; the threads in the metal frame have worn
down, you could use a pair of ViseGrips to flatten the punched hole out
somewhat, which would re-enable the screw to grip, or, you could use a
Phillips screwdriver to impart a star shape on the hole such that the
screw has a little extra metal to grip. These band-aids are of course a
last recourse and you should start looking for a screw of equal length
but larger diameter.
