    Hi
    
    One of our customer has optical disk, would like to be live with
    DU 4.0x .  customer is facing lots of problems with it. 
    
    Do we have any patch (can be applied on DU 4.x) to enbale to
    work in DU 4.x environment ??? Else any workaround ?

	Subbu -- What kind of optical drive is it? Is it in a jukebox? If so, what kind of jukebox is it? What is the specific os version? Has the customer installed the patch kit for that os version? If so, when did they install it? What device file do they use to refer to the optical drive? Is it something like /dev/rzXXX, or is it /dev/opXXX, or is it /dev/cam? If they call the device /dev/opXXX, what version of CLC is installed? What application are they running to use the optical disk? What kind of processor do they have? What SCSI adapter do they have? What is the problem? (Please post specifics -- error messages; what operations the customer tries to do and what happens...) -- Pat Tressel
