Asleep At the Wheel is a western-swing band that have been
around for a long time. Too bad it's on a school night. My
daughter (7) thinks they're the greatest thing in the world.

An ad in the Boston Globe Calendar section said the time was 7:00 PM
which I kinda doubt anyway. Where did you see the 10:00 start time ?
Also what time would JL Wright start (he's excellent too) !

of the time...but if you were sitting there really wasn't a bad seat in
the house even with the dancers..

    re .12

Never got the pleasure of a seat ! I arrived
at about 7:30ish. However that's no big deal, I'm
    used to it.
McBride and the Ride eh ? A bit middle of the road
    in my opinion.

    Ken,

I could be seriously interested in three or four tickets to McBride and
the Ride. My band does about six of their tunes and we'd love to catch
    them live.

Was Cindy Cashdollar playing dobro/non-pedal steel with AATW?

    Regards,
    Kelly

    re .15

There was a woman playing steel but I didn't catch the name.
I was surprised that John Ely (the previous steel player) was
    no longer with AATW

    Thanks
