    Hi,

    What age groups are you looking for?

    there are a few for the specialty market of kids.

1086.2Exercising @ 5.USCTR1::MCGINNISThu Jan 25 1996 17:337
    My daugter is 5 1/2 and loves to exercise. I have a yoga tape I put in
    for her once in awhile and she loves it. It is geared for adults
    though and some exercises are too difficult.

    How does your child like the one you have?

1086.3Working out together - kids like thatSOLVIT::DUHAIMEMon Jan 29 1996 12:0219

    My daughter enjoys the video but prefers to have me
    do the workout with her - at 6 years of age she is
    still easily distracted and doesn't want to participate
    more than 10 minutes. She is very active during the
    week and we seem to always be on the run on the week-ends
    so maybe she doesn't see the need for a "structured workout".

    I do exercise videos at home; mostly Step. So, I went out
    and bought her a Step too so we can do it together. We just
    use the regular videos and she does very well.

    I'd say the most difficult part is constantly encouraging them
    that they can do it and that it's going to take a lot of practise
    to get as good as the instructors.

    If you can workout with your kids, that's the best way!

1086.4disney channel amDASS01::CURLEYMon Jan 29 1996 14:2417

    Hi,

    Disney Channel has a work out program every morning my 5 year old and I
    did it a few days while on xmas break. I have a hard time getting up
    in the morning so to excersise is not fun for me but wasn't to bad.
    I'm planning on video tapeing a few shows if you don't have disney and
    would like a copy let me know.

1086.6oh, it's pretty early....EXPERI::STOLICNYTue Jan 30 1996 11:577

    If the noter is talking about "Mousercise", then I think it's on at
    either 5:30 or 6:00am. Personally, the show is far more than I can
    stomach at that hour of the morning. The exercise leader, Kellyn
    I think her name is, is just too much...
