| There is a gay beach north of Santa Cruz, its south of Red, White, and
Blue beach. I have forgotten the exact location but the above
information narrows it down to only one of three beaches. The approch
is different from any other beach in the area in that you have to go
through a small forest to get to the beach. The only reason that I
know of this beach is that one day with nothing better to do I decided
to check out some of the beaches beside RW&B, Bonny Dune and 4 mi.
beach. So I just stopped anywhere I saw a bunch of cars parked. By
the way sex acts between men in the open seems to be the norm at this
beach.

| This notes file is one place to feel fairly comfortable about your sexuality.
The issues discussed are mainly naturism and its enjoyment and its politics, not
sex. Discussions, when involving sex, are usually in reasonable terms, if not
actually neutral/inclusive terms. Ergo you may not see much explicit mention of
"gay" or "lesbian" in this conference.
Because I am uncomfortable with PDS (public displays of sex), I won't
go out of my way to visit the beach mentioned in .3. The best reason I have
to pick a beach or park or setting is if I can relax in peace there. I admit
the second reason is if I can go with my s/o and not have to act strate.
Indeed, with some clubs' reaction against single men (see 35) I'd guess I'd do
better to be seen as part of a couple!
