450.0. "Hollywood or Bust" by STRATA::SHILBERT () Fri Apr 04 1997 17:35

Mr. Moderator: This should be in LA_STUFF but it comes up node not known.
You can move this there if you can figure out how to get into the LA_STUFF
conference. Please let me know by E-MAIL AT STRATA::SHILBERT if I'm doing
something wrong. I am using IVMSU6::LA_STUFF in my notebook. I have tried
16611::LA_STUFF and GLASSY::LA_STUFF.

After procrastinating for more than 5 years, this is the year (Summer) we will
be vacationing in the LA area as "Hollywood" tourists. My husband has booked
everything himself but we did re-book the flight through AAA, so we could get
the tickets locally and seat assignments, ect.

Here is our iteneary and it looks pretty crowded, so I thought I would put it
here and maybe get some input from those of you who have done a similar trip
or from anyone who lives in the LA area.

We will be leaving Boston July 1st, Tuesday, arriving Burbank airport around
2:00 in the afternoon. We will be staying at the Super 8 motel at 1536 N.
Western Blvd.

Wednesday:  Disneyland.

Thursday: Warner Bros. V.I.P. studio tour, Fantasy tours, Sunset strip,
Griffith park, Capitol tower.

Friday:  Universal Studios.

Saturday: Manns Chinese theater, Walk of fame, Fairlawn, Beverly Hills,
Rodeo Drive.

Sunday:  Knottsberry Farm,  Venice beach.

Leave California Monday noon for trip back to Boston, I'm tired already.

Also, Could someone tell me what exit to get off from I-5, to get to the motel
and what exit to get off I-5 when going to Disneyland.

Thank you so munch for whatever help you can give.
