750.0. "Virus in Reading (not serious)" by SUBURB::ODONNELLJ (Julie O'Donnell) Fri Apr 22 1994 12:48

If you live in the Reading, UK area and notice that your cat is
off-colour, it might be an idea to take him or her to the vet as
there is a virus going round at the moment.
My mum's cat Micky has just gone down with it and is on tablets. At
first he was sick, but she didn't take much notice of that. Then she
noticed that he was lethargic and began to worry. When he developed
diarrhoea and went off his food, she took him straight to the vet.
The vet says it isn't serious, but it is going the rounds and
apparently takes some time for the diarrhoea to clear up.
