The appeal is personal.
These are no-kill shelters who will work to place your stray cat. Since
shelters such as these depend on scarce funding, the need to place stray
cats is greater than financial resources. I would encourage you to offer
a donation to sponsor the cat for adoption.
I am in the process of sponsoring a stray cat for adoption through one of
these agencies. If everyone who finds a stray would be willing to do
this for one cat, it would make a huge difference.
Remember THE POWER OF ONE.
