604.1How's that nose nip ?USCTR1::GHIGGINSOh Whoa Is MoeWed Sep 15 1993 14:595

604.2Nose-nipping, sign of affectionWMGEN1::SULLIVAN_EThu Sep 16 1993 12:5815

    George,

    		Was that photo taken at the recent cat show at the Centrum
    in Worcester? Is your cat an Abyssinian? And, yes, that looked like
    quite a nose-nip. I hope that your wife was o.k. after that
    affectionate bite on the nose. Nose-nipping is show of affection, as
    well as an effective attention-getter. I have a Siamese that will nip
    my nose or ear early in the morning if I don't get out of bed fast
    enough to suit her.
    		The photo of your wife and cat was great! I'm glad that it
    won first prize.

    It was taken at the last show (that I'm aware of) held at the Best
    Western in Fitchburg. I think it was early Spring....
