1229.0. "Any info about Paul Oakenfold...??" by HERO::INNS (Fancy a brew ?) Tue Aug 09 1994 20:01

    Can anyone tell me where I can find any recordings of Paul Oakenfold.
    I am particularly interested in the mixes he did before the Zooropa'93
    concerts (which included his remixes of Lemon and 'Crashed Car').. but
    I am also interested in anything else he has done.

    (I have got the remixes of Lemon that came with the Stay single)...

    Cheers,

    Nick.

    I believe he's done a few mixes with INXS.

	I think he was responsible for joining up the songs on
	"Ministry Of Sound Vol. 2" and definitely joins up the songs on
	"Journeys By DJ Vol. 5". He's got a few of his own songs on
	JDJ5, notably "Not Over Yet" by "State of Grace".

    He did a lot of re-mixes around 89-91 with a lot of the "Manchester
    era" bands. I can recommend his re-mixes of Happy Mondays' "Wrote for
    Luck" and "Hallelujah".
