| I don't know their names, but I was more than surprised to walk into a
club called "The Hop" in Huntington Beach, CA, a few years ago and find
that the Righteous Brothers were the regular DJs. They own the club,
apparently.

Piers! What were you doing in Huntington Beach, let alone the Hop??!
There is one good thing about HB (native term.) - they allow alcohol on
the beaches. Makes for good fights.

I was taken there by, ummm, a "friend". I was assured that it was a
better place to be than Santa Monica, although I later proved my
"friend" wrong.
Anyway, it was years ago, and I didn't know better. As for the alcohol
on the beach, I thought that's what beaches were for.
