    I only wish Bruce would do as much work around here as he does writing
    concert reviews. ( Only joking B^) Bruce ). It makes entertaining

    I must have some sort of cult following. You either love him or you
    hate him! Ah well the end is nigh....just a couple more hours and it'll
    all be over.
    
    I just bought some flowers for all the women in my department. They of
    course were amazingly spot on in handing over a prezzy of 10 pounds
    worth of record vouchers...I think I'll go check out one of the early
    Maddonna albums!
    
    Time to disband the appreaciation society guys...Ed, Bob, Mike and Stu.
    Keep killing for your music and MAKE other people like it. Hands up
    those who intend to buy the next 'James' album - 'Gold Mother' ? Aha, a
    good show of hands at last!
    
    1989 has been the year when I've really smothered myself in the music.
    Especially this Autumn, gigs every week...partly cos I wanted to write
    the reviews! They were done in under an hour most of the time and with
    only a quick set of notes written down when I got home the night
    before.
    
    I stepped out of line once or twice - soz Keith! - and hastled a few
    people with my opinions and views. I was offended a couple of times,
    but then I managed to offend others too - errr Tim I really didn't mean
    it 'bout yer fingers!
    
    I had better award someone with my 'Noter of the year' award.
    
    3 names stand out, Ed, Stu and Bob. But it has to go to MIKE FIDDLER,
    for being a really nice, friendly, understanding, generous, witty and
    charming man. I'm told he's a good cook too. Stay young Mike (*you*
    know what I mean!) it's the only way to live!
    
    Finally, if Stuarts offer still stands then you should still be seeing
    my reviews in here - he's promised to type them in if I send 'em to
    him.
    
    Tonight - Bridewell Taxis and The Man From Delmonte! Tomorrow JAMES!
    Then I run out of cash...anyone got any jobs going?

    Hang on, hang on! Not so fast sonny, all the votes aren't in yet. Can
    we vote for moderators ? Well I am - Keith Edmunds gets mine. That dry
    wit, those caustic comments, a man after my own heart. This conference
    gets far too NICE sometimes (the previous 7 crawling replies are a good
    example), so it's nice to be able to rely on someone to add a bit of
    acid to the sickly syrup that one finds in this conference so often !!
    I'm going against all my principles when I say thank you Keith, keep up
    the good work !! (Oh, I beleive I have to do this :-) for all those who
    might get upset)
