	Does AV Intranet V1.0 AV Search not know how to use
	<BASE HREF=...> from the HEADer of a document and
	apply it to relative HREF's in the BODY of the document?

	The first document in the following is the one that uses
	the BASE tag and then relative HREF's, however I then
	get a hit for each of those relative HREF's for which
	the BASE HREF points to another site (I only enclosed
	the 1st hit that I shouldn't of received).
