| I have the POP server (from UXC 4.1) running on my VAX. Works fine...
upgrade went smoothly ok (but you'll need to reboot).

Hello,
When upgrading form 3.3 to 4.1, install immediatly the latest ECO kit,
actualy the latest one is UCX V4.1 ECO4, the eco kit can be found on
LASSIE::UCX$ECO:
The installation order is as follows :
1. Shut down UCX
2. Install plain UCX V4.1
3. Install UCX V4.1 ECO4
4. Reboot the system
5. Configure the POP3 server

| I also have it running on a 6.1 alpha. With the option to leave the mail on
the server. and when I read the mail to my pc it is moved to the mail
folder on vms as already read.

Sure it does. All my mail is sent to the STAR cluster, and I suck it down to my
laptop using the UCX POP server that's running on STAR. UCX takes care of the
cluster alias.
