  dir/title=spd yields note 190 and reply .3 says NO SPD exists.

    Note 190 states not SPD exists for 1.0. How can a software product not
    have an SPD describing the product and compatibility issues?

709.3No it doesn't have to have oneMPOS01::naiad.mpo.dec.com::mpos01::cerlingI'm@witz.endThu Mar 27 1997 13:348
	I believe that argument is that this is being handled like any other
	PC-type product. We (Digital) have SPDs for our UNIX and VMS products,
	but are following the industry when it comes to PC products by not
	having an SPD. I agree that SPDs are nice, but I haven't found it to
	be a major drawback not to have one.
