	OCTOPUS with NT-Cluster should work, because Octopus has no certain relation to any hardware driver, it's clean software solution. To the point of the additional network traffic - of course the idea of octopus is mirror a disk, directory or a file over the network. But you can also use an optional network for octopus traffic. In the actual version of octopus V2.0 you can set a time on which a mirroring process should run. This functionality is very good to use it after a failover.
