	Well, the exact same thing happened under V1.1 of the cluster software.

	I recognize that this generally will not happen, but it is possible
	to lose connection to your WINS server.  If that happens, you can not
	connect to file shares.

	This one was a little different, in that I was able to connect to the
	file shares if they were on the fallback server.  If they were on the
	primary server, I couldn't connect to them.  Even when I was able to
	connect to the shares on the fallback server, it took 20-30 seconds
	to get a directory.

	I don't think this is a show stopper, but I think someone should look
	at the code.  It shouldn't be that if you don't have access to your
	network server that you shouldn't be able to access shares from the
	cluster.
