I remember this show. I believe you are referring to the character
that was played by Tracy Nelson, Ricky's daughter. This was her first
real acting job, I think. She then went on to some movie of the week
things, and then to the series where she played "Sister Steve" with Tom
Bosley as a priest and they did investigations of some sort.

Nope, I remember Tracy, but I don't remember the one who Sarah
always hung around with. Longish dark hair, glasses, and I
believe she had freckles.
