| I thought it was OK, but not the greatest. I don't like how they
changed the ending. It seemed to me that the actress that played Pax
had no real chemistry with the other actors. I think they could have
gotten someone else to play the part better.
funny - even though it wasn't the greatest, I stayed up to watch it
instead of taping it.
Hopefully Barbara Taylor Bradford's "Remember" that is on this Sunday
will be better.

| I enjoyed the movie. However, I agreed the woman who played Pax
didn't have any chemistry with the other men. I didn't read the book.
I have read all the others from Danelle Steele. But after reading
about the ending being changed, I think I'm going to read it.

| Behind FF:
Spoiler alert!!!
The book ended with Pax getting on one of the last flights out of
Saigon, without finding Tony... as she is getting on she hears, "Help
me Delta Delta".. turns and sees the scruffy guy reaching to be dragged
on the already overflowing chopper... She realizes it's Tony, and he
realizes it's her!
I have to go back and re-read the book, but both my daughter and I
agree... little Paxtran was also poisoned when France and On died,
after Ralph was killed. Oh, speaking of Ralph... he was an Aussie in
the book (again, I think so... but am almost positive!).
Also, at the beginning there were 4 roommates at Berkley... but the
other 2 had only minor parts, so I can see why they were written out of
the screen play!
