    Charlie (5th sisiter) is an illegitimate child.  I don't know if you
    remember the woman the farther was having an affair with or not, I
    think her name was something like "lil" ? - they did a few shows on her
    back about 2yrs ago - it was her child w/ Mr. Reed
    
    If I can keep my system up long enought - I'll go do an update and

Charlie:

Charlie (5th sister) is working in her low budget clinic - a woman
comes in who has aids from using - and she gave it to her new born
baby daughter.  Charlie wants her to seek help and get into a shelter
the woman is totally against it and she walks out.  Charlie is gonna loose
it - but Alex is there to lend a shoulder - Alex gets Charlie out to
clear her head.

Charlies work is getting to her big time - she can't take the working
conditions and the people who wont help them selves - Alex tells her
she'll put her in touch w/ a good hospital via her X-hubby wade.

Charlie gets a call and a job offer from a big well to do rich person
hospital - she is wants to think about the change.

She goes to her clinic and finds out that the woman w/ aids had O.D.
Charlie is very upset and is loosing it - so she takes the big job with
the huge salary and 8hrs shifts.  

She even went to Mother Reed for advice - nice touch.

	*you know she'll hate it and go back to the clinic

Teddy/Kat:

Kat wins an all expensed paid trip to a SPA.  She invites Teddy for some
Mom & kid bonding.  Teddy thinks it will be all fun in the sun - but its
not.  It's a health spa where you work-out, work-out, work-out and no
pizza!  Teddy is not happy and she keeps butting heads w/ the head
"no pain - no gain" counselor - so after she smuggles in pizza - they
both get kicked out (boring part)

Alex:

Alex wants to help Charlie and also do some good TV stories on her show.
she wants to talk about aids and such - the new bosses say "no way" and
insist she only do 'fluff' - in the middle of her bennie-hanna interview
she stops and ask the chief/audience what they think about condom
distributing in schools and she tells the camera that she wants to more
real-life things like this.

The bosses are not amused and they demand an apology - Norma (who is
pregges w/ big Als baby via sperm donation) wants Alex to apologies to
so they who need job can all keep em'  Alex is disappointed Norma didn't
go to bat for Alex - but she agrees

Next day - Alex starts to say she is sorry  - when her alot ego takes
over and she can't do it - after the show - Norma couldn't stick up for
her again and she has to let Alex go....

Georgie:

Georgie has an appt.  Mom comes to visit, Alex comes to visit - Georgie
does not want to talk about the affair.  Georgie goes to therapy and she
informs her Dr. that she loves him!  He makes her know in no uncertain
terms that what they have is 'therapy' and nothing more.  G is dumbfounded
and can't believe it - she gave up her life for him.  He tells her she
misunderstood there sessions.  G leaves

G shows up later at his house (dressed real nice in black) she tries to
make him see that all they need to do is date and then they can be a real
couple -  he again tells her "no" and if your gonna go on this way - I 
can't be your doctor and I'll recommend you someone else.  G again 
can't believe this

G goes on to call and call him, and show up at newspaper stands and she
informs him that he taught her to pressure things w/a passion and so she
is doing so now.

G goes to dinner w/ Alex - who walks in but the Dr.w/ another woman.
G gets up and storms over there and makes a scene and when she does not
get the response she needs - she starts to hit and hit the Dr.  Alex
had to pull her off him.

G&A leave, but the Dr. is sitting in a window table and G bangs on the
window "i love you" over and over.  G is now staying at A's

    Georgie has really lost it huh?  I feel bad for her.  That doctor is

    I missed Saturdays show... can anyone give an update... or at least 
    just the 'highlights' of the show?  I'm curious to see what happened
    with Georgie and the Shrink :-).

    There's a blurb in TV Guide this week stating that Frankie's character
    is relocating to Japan; she gets a great job offer for "Cowlotta" :-P . 
    Julianna Phillips thinks the time is right to move on, blah blah, but
    she's welcome to come back for guest shots.  They'll fill the void with
    more Charlie plotlines.

    Thanks for the info on Frankie.  I am kinda stunned that she is
    leaving.  She's never really had anything good for parts, cept for
    this one.  But I guess with everything, things get stale.

	update for Saturday 2/18



Teddy/Man & Lucky


Teddy is still seeing (whathisname) the man who she thinks ordered the hit on
Falconer.  They go to a shooting club and he is teaching her how to shoot.
She seems nervous, but she gets a bullseye.  Then a letter is delivers to
the man and he tries to ignore it, but  Teddy gets it and reads it - it was
a death threat put together with clippings from a news paper - Teddy tries
to ask about it, but the man just acts likes its nothing.

They also went to a fight, and guess who was fighting?  Lucky! (and I thought
they'd loose him when Frankie left) and the man and Teddy go up to meet Lucky
and Teddy acts like she does not know him - and Lucky goes along.

Teddy and Lucky talk the next day, and he tries to warn teddy to stay away 
from that man - Teddy tells Lucky when she can't and he vows to stick around
to make sure she's okay

The next night - Teddy and Man get together again - and on their way home to
her place (he will stay the night) a shot just missed them as they go to
open the door to Teddys - Teddy wants to call the police - but again the
man rights it off as nothing - and tells teddy it would be a bad idea anyway
due to his wife and family and it would hard to explains what he is doing
w/ Teddy

Things are getting hot and Teddy takes a bread and goes into the bathroom - 
she is talking to her self in the mirror and telling her self she has to do 
this - she is hopping the man will slip up and confess something she can
use against him

She goes back and they have sex.  The next morning he is gone and Lucky 
comes in ( he was outside allnight making sure she was okay )  Teddy is
stripping the bed and is upset she slept w/him in Falconer bed - but she
had to do it

come to find out - the letter and gun shot are a plan of Teddys and Lucky
they are sitting down making another new letter for the man - and planning
another pop shot.

Alex and co.

Alex is getting out of jail on bail.  Big Al hires a big time lawyer for her.
The lawyer wants her to take a deal - manslauther 4-5yrs tops in prison.
She says okay after alot of thinking and talking w/her family.  The night
before the hearing to plead guilty - she has a dream and Truman is in it, and
he convinces her to not accept the plea - she goes into court and change's
her mind - all the lawyers are upset

Charlie

Charlie meets a man Charlie (we'll call him Charlie2).  Charlie2 was
coming out of her Drs office and she gets intro'd to him.  Charlie2 is
being very very pushy about a date - Charlie agrees.

They are at dinner at his place - having a good time and Carlie tells him
how she was given up and didn't know her real paretns ..etc .. Charlie2 
decides to tell a truth also - he is a skitsophrenic(sp) but he is on this
new drug that lets him be normal for the 1st time in 15yrs.  he also has
never had sex

Charlie is at the office when a Dr friend comes in to ask her advice.  its
seems Charlie2 blood count is wrong due to the drug that is keeping him
sane - they want to take him off it.  Charlie likes him and is upset but
it is the only thing that can be done

Charlie2 finds out and he ask Charlie to steal him the drug so he can be
sane - Charlie just can't do it.  So they make love

    
    
    I wonder if they will have Teddy and Lucky get together... remember, it
    was Frankie and Mitch who got together when Teddy left :-) so it would
    be 'revenge' or 'reversed'? :-), but Frankie will be making special
    guest appearences.

    
    Can anyone put in a quick update for this past Saturday? 
    
    I saw the commercials and it looked like it was going to be
    a good one.....
    
    But of course I fell asleep before it started!

    I missed a show or two.  What happened to the man Teddy
    was seeing?  Thanks!

    Did anyone catch the last show of the season on Saturday?  It was a
    2-hour special, I don't know, I think this season the show went down
    hill.  It's too unbelievable.  Does anyone else feel this way?  I mean
    one minute Teddy is engaged to the guy who killed Falkener, I know that
    he finally was arrested and learned the truth about who Teddy was and
    why she came into his life (to set him up), but I miss one show after
    that, and then on Saturday night there is a 'new' man in her life. 
    This man has Falkener's heart, and now they are in 'love'.  Then the
    focus of the last show was to bring them all together to find 'true
    love' on some vacation hide-a-way, and it was just so unrealistic.
    
    If anyone else caught this show, did you feel this way?

    What happened to the fourth "original" sister? We have Alex, Georgie,
    Teddy, and Charlie (funny, sounds like brothers ;-). I only started
    watching consistently this year, but I remember that there was a fourth
    sister before the introduction of Charlie. So who was she and where'd
    she go? Was Charlie's introduction just a convenient way to get rid of
    her withough decreasing the sororal population?

    Heard this morning that Sela Ward will be leaving the show at the end
    of this season.  She wants more time to do movies and spend with her
    family.
    
    Read this week that the actress playing Charley will be replaced this
    season.  Anyone know why?  I liked this Charley.

    I saw an interview with The Judds and it was mentioned that Ashley Judd
    has a recurring role on Sisters....I can not place her who did she
    play?

Ashley Judd played Alex's daughter, Reed Halsey.  It doesn't seem like
she was on much for the past couple of seasons though.

    Did anyone watch Saturdays show?  What's up w/Reed - from the previews
    it looks as if she's changed quite a bit since last season.  I don't
    remember her being a bad girl.

    Was Sister's on this week-end?  I know there was baseball on, but the
    TV Guide didn't mention anything about airing it later.  Just curious

    it wasn't on.  The TV guide said that an episode of "Jag" would be on,
    but when I flipped it over there, "Frasier" was on.

    Is anyone else here watching Sisters?  I have always been a fan.
    
    If so, what do you think of it this season so far?  Charlie was
    replaced by the actress (forget her name) who played the dancing bandit
    and is now the mayor in Picket Fences.  
    
    I can't get over how Reed has set up a call girl thing.

I thought the mayor on "Picket Fences" is being played by Marlee Matlin?
It is definately a different actress who has been cast as the new
Charlie, although I have seen her somewhere before.

    I love this show but never seem to have the time to watch.
    
    

    The actress playing Charlie now used to be on LA Law.  I believe her
    name on LA Law was Gwen.  She was an intern of sorts, going to law
    school, clerking for Stuart for a while, had a little fling with one or
    two of the male characters,etc. typical LA Law stuff.
    
    I didn't care for her as an actress in that show, and certainly not in
    Sisters.  I _liked_ the original Charlie...
