| After hearing from a majority of the Disney Mods, all in agreement,
this topic will remain here but write-locked with the appropriate
pointers. The reason for this, is because this topic is well outside
the Scope of the Disney Conference as announced by Len in topic 1.0

Welcome to the Disney notes Conference.
Topics of discussion cover anything related to Disney, including,
but not limited to:
o Disney Theme Parks (Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and overseas
Disneylands). Travel information and tips are particularly appreciated.
o Disney and Touchstone movies and TV shows.
o Disney characters.
o Disney books, comic books, magazines, etc.
o Disney souvenirs, trinkets, and collectibles.
o Disney trivia.
The moderators of the conference are Len Goldberg (INDMKT::GOLDBERG),
Mike Scopa (VISUAL::SCOPA), Ruth Lowell (CLOSET::LOWELL - Conference
Host), Jim Pappas (TECRUS::JIM), Mike Batty (WOTVAX::BATTY) and Claude
Berube (WEDOIT::BERUBE).
Have fun, and remember, no flash photography inside the conference.

In the past the Disney Mods have allowed the following three topics to
remain in Disney.Note
#61 Orlando Area Side Trips
#93 Knotts Berry Farm
#178 Universal Studio Tours
since they are nearby to existing Disney Theme Parks and they helped to
serve the purpose in aiding new comers to the conference in deciding
how to best allocate their Days when planing a trip to an area where
there was a Disney Theme Park.
A better place for this type of discussion would be in the
NOTED::COASTERS conference which announces itself as the
'Amusement Parks/Roller Coasters/Carousel Conference'
in it's Conference Noticeas well as some of the State related
conference like TALLIS::FLORIDA, FOAMER::NEW_JERSEY etc. If for some
reason the above mention conferences etc are not the appropriate place
then maybe someone should consider creating the AMUSEMENT_PARKS
conference. Also check out topic 59.* for related conferences.
