Anyone know of a cruise line that will allow someone with oxygen
to come on board. My mother-in-law has a pull tank and needs
to refill at times, so she will need to put her tank on the ship.
We were supposed to go on a Carnival cruise, aboard the Ecstasy
and was told after booking that they don't allow it. They just
    lost 4 customers.

    Thanks!

I just spoke with RCCL and they will allow oxygen on board with certain
caveats. Be sure to have your travel agent check all of the requirements
prior to booking. It requires some effort on your part to meet the cruise
line's requirements but they are there to make your trip, and everyone
else's, as safe and enjoyable as possible.

If you like, I will get RCCL to FAX me the text of the oxygen stipulations.
Let me know offline and I will be happy to assist.

Thanks for your info. I too spoke to another travel company and
they faxed me the oxygen info. I think that this may work. I just
need to get details from my mother-in-law.

I traveled on the Meridian (Celebrity) recently, and am quite sure I
recall seeing someone on board with just the sort of oxygen
	tank you describe.
