Does anyone know if there are any network ATM cash machines (MAC, Cirrus, etc.) in the Caribbean islands? Pueto Rico maybe? Has anyone ever used an ATM to get foreign cash? Do any cruise lines have ATM machines on-board ship? Is there any additional charges, i.e. Las Vagas casino ATM change have an additional service fee in addition to any bank fee that you already pay. Is the cash-less society here yet? Or do I still need travels checks? -Paul

Paul, in Puerto Rico you would find many ATM machines. They will be located at the Old San Juan area (walking distance from the port). Jackey | |||||

There are currently 13 Cirrus cash machines in the US Virgin Islands (St. Croix, St John, and St Thomas), 210 in Puerto Rico, 1 on Martinique, and 1 on Tortolla (sp?). Call 1-800-4-CIRRUS for details. -Paul |
