I and my wife are going on a cruise for our anniversary in June. I have heard about insurance. Can anyone tell me more and where I might get some. I ask because I am a clutz and have a tendicy to break things (bones) before events and don't want to chance fate and lose out.

Be sure to check the policy for the particulars. Cruise lines typically offer insurance through the travel agent and should be listed in the brochure you picked the trip from. It is usually trip cancellation insurance, so check it carefully to be sure it covers health-related emergencies as well. If not, then check with your current health plan to see if and what they cover for out-of-the- country trips...and how to file the claims, etc. Cindy |
