Hi Juan,

Normaly the serial0:15 is the signalling channel of the PRI - in other words:
the same as the D channel with BRI interfaces. The PRI is something like a big
rotary group with several B channels (serial0:0 to serial0:14 and serial 0:16
to ... depending on E1 or T1 interfaces). The assignment of ip addresses, 
mappings, encapsulations and so on is done on this serial0:15, like you would 
do it on a bri without any channel selector.
