re: if it's even *possible*
it isn't. so the rule of thumb is to keep your left hand as close to
your body at the point of impact as is practical... about a hand's
width away seems about right; (of course we all knew that to begin with.
Isn't math wonderful?) :) :)

| I'm just happy to keep the ball in the fairway......when I generate
more clubhead speed, I get alot more distance. Lord only knows where
the ball's going, tho.....
Steve (ever see a slice where the ball makes a 90 degree right turn and
then makes "the jump to hyperspace"?....I can *do* that!)

| So let me see if I've got this right. The theta of the beta must be
equal to the hypotenuse created by the flatulence of the wrist at
the point of impact as opposed to erradicating the effluvium during
the takeaway which cause a severe rotational displacement on the surface
of the ball which in turn creates a temporary conundrum through the
fabric of time. Therefore, assuming all forces are equal, The isolateral
distribution of the swingforce on the ball will result in a flight path
similar to a BANANA !!

Well, I was talking to him but decided he was too conventional. I
now mind meld with Mac O'grady while on the practice tee !!

| It's the long Winter that's getting on all of us.
Good news!!! I drove by Green Meadow today (usually first in NH to
open) and I saw a lot of grass.
Bad news... I also saw a LOT of snow and water...

A sure way to maximize distance/clubhead speed is to take
out your seven iron to lay up just short of the water.

| Sounds good to me. Actually, I am so desperate to play that I'd be out
there in a second if the course was open. Last year I played Green M.
when it opened and it was hysterical. No roll at all. In fact, a lot
of shots just got plugged or buried in the ground.

actually the beginning of the next group of three.

This morning I stopped in at the Daily Grind ( coffee shop across from
Green Meadow ) heard that said that the groundskeeper hopes to have at least
9 holes open this weekend. The driving range has been open since Wednesday.
