This is a 4-Person Scramble, Shotgun Start (you may assemble your
own foursome or sign up individually and be placed in an
appropriate foursome)
Date: June 24, 1991
Time: 7:45 A.M. Registration
Coffee and Donuts served
8:30 A.M. Tee Off
Place: Fort Devens Golf Course
Hole-In-One: The first player scoring a hole-in-one on the sixth
will win a Ford Escort, donated by Gervais Ford, Ayer.
Price: $65 per player, $20 tax deductible
$52 for members of the Ft.Devens Golf Course
Lunch: Cookout at the Club House (included in registration fee)
Sign-Up: Please complete the form that follows and return it by
June 17.
Charity: The Campaign for the New Nashoba is a major fundraising
effort to expand Outpatient Services by providing a
comprehensive Ambulatory Care Center to meet the present
and future needs of the community.
