Well, if the weather holds out, my wife and I will be up there this
weekend doing some camping and golfing. I'll give you a call if we
make it. We plan on playing a course on Grand Isle. The last couple
of years we've camped across the lake in Platsburg (my wife went to
college there), and we played at Bluff Point (the 3rd oldest golfcourse
in the US). So if don't make it, and you like a nice LOOOOOONG course
try out Bluff Point (or is it Point Bluff, I can't remember which
is correct. It's located a couple of miles south of Platsburg on rt 9.
Just take the Ferry over at the Grand Isle crossing, and you'll
hit rt 9. Follow this route south of Plattsburg, you can't miss it. Should
only take you about an hour from Burlington, and that includes the ferry
    ride.

    Mike,

Are you going to be playing Wolcox Cove?

    Have you ever been there?

If not, it's a small 9 hole course. Greens a very small and kept
relatively long. The longest hole I beive is 240 yds. Most of
the fairways run together so watch out! After teeing off on the
5th you have to walk right out into the middle of the par three
    4th.

It doesn't have a club house, just an office.
