I am looking for a public course in the Blackstone, Blacksone Valley
area. Any info regarding fee's, directions, opinions about the courses
would be greatly appreciated.

I moved down to Blackstone a couple years ago... the
course I usually play is in Burriville RI. The course
is called COUNTRY VIEW C.C., a nice course. It's about
15 minutes from Blackstone. The course is 18 holes and
real reasonable price wise. On the weekend you can get right
off around noon unless you prefer to make a tee time for earlier.
The course is going through some major irrigation work, they're
putting in a bunch of PVC piping but the course is still playable.
There are a number of other courses in the great northeast RI.
area that I have yet to play. Cranston C.C. is a beautiful course and
only 20-25 minutes from Blackstone. I play it from time to time.
