Did anyone catch the Nabisco tourny this past weekend on ESPN. I
am very pissed off at their coverage, I think it stunk, 6 holes
to play of the richest tourny in golf history on one of the greatest
courses of all time (Pebble Beach) and they cut away for good to
give football scores. I am outraged and am boycotting ESPN and all
their sponsers.

ya, iam just as po ed as you. its just like the other big networks
the big bucks first. i did see some fantastic shots following this
tourny. I PICK CURTIS STRANGE OVER TOM KITE
happy with what i saw anyway. as curtis always says "leave your
camera at home"

Re -.1 If you are talking about Curtis Strange's problems with
people taking his picture, I think he was just being silly. As
one of the announcers indicated, as you move up in the ranks, more
and more people will be watching your play. As long as the pictures
are not taken at critical times, such as right at the time he makes
a potentially match-winning putt, then I don't think he has any
reason to gripe. After all, without the spectators, he would be
out of a job and would have to work for a living. 8^)

CURTIS STRANGE.... WITH A 2 ON THE 17TH AND A QUICK 500K
btw..they were clicking cameras in his backswing...with 500k rideing
on each shot you might get po ed to. unless you play for exersice
and not scores, and if thats the case.............
