Many of the courses require you to rent a cart or spend an equivilent
amount of money in the pro shop.
Pheasant Ridge is located in Gilford or Laconia, the course for
    Nashua is Sky Meadow.

I have supplemented the original note on the lung pass.
Here is a description of the NH offer with the restrictions in a
nutshell. I am surprised that there were no more replies here.
I bought 2 thinking that the 3 uses will pay for each ticket and
I may trade by brother-in-law for a round at Walpole CC (a tough
nut for once a year-play; plenty of woods and fast greens).

By the way to my league president who reads this conference. You
have carte blanche to join me on any of these courses as my guest.
Not for all your work but for all the grief I give you.

That is some offering!!!! Samoset? Sable Oaks? Sugerloaf? I've never
played any courses in Maine, but from what I've heard, these are great
courses. There are probably other great courses on that list as
well--I just haven't read about them. And all for 60 bucks?!

The ALA's package for Massachusetts isn't nearly as enticing. You get
such tracks as Berlin CC and Twin Springs--not exactly paradise.

Where do you get the Maine tickets? Might be worth arranging a
vacation around.

Hello,

Got your reply in the Golf Notesfile and did some quick checking with the folks
here at the Lung association and asked if they still have cards available, they
said yes but probably will run out by Friday of this week. I asked if Visa/MC
were acceptable for payment, so if your interested you'd better act fast. Also
I found out that the Toll Free # was for Maine residents only but here is the #
207-622-6394. Good luck and if you do purchase it and need to share a cart
with someone there are 4 people that I know of that have the cards here at
Augusta... Most courses have requirements to rent carts and limited
month/days you can play, though not too limiting. Most will require you to
call in advance which is something we might be able to arrange for you to
reduce phone bills.

Freebie,
