    Hello Kazumi,

I have a system which seems to exhibit these problems.

I have a question: The system is experiencing "Memory errors" during
Init but does not point to a Simm (Simm callout finds no errors)

What happens in the case of a VMS system?
    Since upgrading a OpenVMS AS8400 to V4 and a Unix V3.2d system to V4,
We now have CRD errors on the AS8400 while running VMS OS and the Unix
AS8200 has the "Too many ECC" type errors.

This did not seem to be the case with the V3.x console firmware!? So am
I correct in thinking that either I have a faulty CPU E2056/E2061 or a
    couple/one faulty MEM SIMM.

Question: Where can I find the OSF patch to disable the Err threshold.
Question: How do I disable / Alter the threshold for VMS ?

    Looking forward to your assistance.

    Regards Ivan

Please input full error message during Init.

Did you check an error log file ?
Important things is that who send the correctable ECC data. memory ?
or cache on other CPU ? You can identyfy an error source from error
log file.

Please ask your support people who is supporting digital unix.

Please install the latest patch for CPU routines.(ALPCPUxxxx,VMS patch)
