I'm looking for a IBM-PC based software to play/record MIDI, write own scores and see it playing on my PC screen like on a keyboard AND ON A GUITAR FINGERBOARD. Any pointers? Guenther

Thanks for the replies! So far I figured out that "Play it by Ear" is the only PC music software that shows a guitar fret but is a training program. It doesn't let me write my own music but seems to be something I want/need. It uses MIDI IN/OUT to have you listen and play certain parts. Not bad - I'll go and get it! Guenther |
