| In my opinion, this instrument may be well and good for a home
application where a child is learning piano, keyboard or wants to play.
The 'digital piano' name may serve to make it appear like it is a better
instrument than it really is. I have played a few while wandering around
in some music stores and feel that they are in the class of Korg's earlier
piano units - not a very good representation of the instruments they are
trying to synthesize.
Interestingly enough, though, reading through the rest of the flyer
(there are other versions of this model - this one's the bottom of the line)
these instruments use FM synthesis (like the Yamaha DX lines, and more recently
the DS-8). I've heard better FM digital pianos, though.
